Our Services

We provide a comprehensive manual/CNC precision machining service for urgent repairs, prototypes and production batches.
Our team supports renewable energy, transport, food & beverage, rail, oil & gas, plant-hire and other industrial sectors—working closely with your engineers to meet demanding specifications and timelines. From our premises between the M8 and M80, we can also support collections and deliveries associated with your service requirements.

Precision CNC Machining

Reliable milling and turning for complex components and repeatable batches.
Programming, fixturing and in-process checks are handled in-house to de-risk manufacturability and control lead times.

What this covers:

· CNC milling (vertical & horizontal) for prismatic parts and housings

· CNC turning (with live tooling where required) for shafts, rings, couplings and carriers

· Large-diameter vertical turning for heavy or awkward-shaped workpieces

· Materials: ferrous, non-ferrous alloys and selected engineering plastics

Prototyping to Production

We engage early with your engineers to iterate quickly, then stabilise for production with consistent programmes, fixtures and inspection.

What this covers: oneoffs, pilot runs, scheduled calloffs and maintained batch supply.

Inspection & Measurement

Portable metrology and shopfloor inspection support inprocess control and final verification. Our 1.8 m portable FARO Arm enables inhouse inspection and onsite measurement when required.

What this covers: dimensional verification, alignment checks and inspection reports on request.

Partner Processes & Specialist Services

We coordinate trusted partner led processes to complement our machining capability and deliver complete components.

What this covers: coatings, cladding, patterns and castings supplied through approved partners.

Finishing & Quality

Practical finishing and deburring to prepare parts for coating or assembly, with documentation packs available to suit your project’s needs.

What this covers: deburring, surface preparation and quality documentation.

How We Work

1

Enquiry & drawings

We receive your enquiry along with technical drawings and assess the feasibility of your project.

2

Review & quote

Our engineering team reviews the designs and provides a detailed quotation including cost and lead time.

3

Programming & setup

CNC programs are created and machines are set up to ensure precise production of your components.

4

In-process checks

Ongoing inspections are carried out during machining to maintain strict quality and tolerance standards.

5

Final inspection

Completed parts undergo thorough inspection to verify they meet all specifications and industry standards.

6

Despatch & documentation

Finished components are carefully packaged, documented, and dispatched to arrive safely and on time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What tolerances can you achieve?

We routinely hold tight tolerances appropriate to the design and material. Share your targets and we’ll confirm the machining strategy.

Yes—where capacity allows, we prioritise expedited jobs and communicate clearly on achievable lead times.

A broad range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys plus selected engineering plastics—tell us your grade/spec and finish and we’ll advise.
